First time using Gravity. They were terrific. The two workers were friendly, thorough and informative. When I asked questions, they not only answered them but offered addition information as well. The owner and staff at Gravity Duct Cleaning were most professional, punctual and did an amazing job. Upon cleaning the dryer vent they discovered a disconnected vent hose and the cause for excess lint and dust in our home. They communicated prior to the date of arrival and arrived on time. They were very careful and polite and even vacuumed the carpets where they had placed their hose. I would highly recommend Gravity Duct Cleaning for any residential job.

No hidden prices either; the price stated in the email was the same on the invoice I was given!

Very happy with Gravity Duct cleaning. I was struggling with allergies this Spring, so I looked on the Better Business Bureau site for a reputable duct cleaning company close by and Gravity came up as the best option. The two gentlemen that came to my house were extremely nice, always smiling and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm also very impressed with their business model - they vacuumed so thoroughly after they were done cleaning the ducts. It's a detail I appreciated because my allergies were so bad at the time. Can't recommend them enough!
